The Coffees

DUMARSO natural from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia is hand picked and  sorted before being fermented for 24-36 hours. This coffee contains notes of macaroon, prunes and honey.


DUMARSO washed also from Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia is our washed edition with notes of bergamotte and cascara.


EL VENDEBAL is a fully washed coffee from Tarrazú, Costa Rica. The coffee notes are cinnamon spice, anis and pear.


GITHIGA from Muranga, Kirinyaga in central Kenya is a washed coffee with notes of raspberry and rhubarb.


MAHEMBE is a washed coffee from Nyagatare, Rwanda. Made on different traditional bourbon types, this coffee has notes of cinnamon spice, anis and pear.
